THE EXECUTIVE TEAM
Gina is a senior studying Economics. This summer she interned at Goldman Sachs as an Operations Management Strategy Summer Analyst. She has been with BIG since sophomore year and believes her experience in BIG really shaped her career. Gina plans to pursue a career in consulting post-graduation.
Sam is a junior in the business school majoring in finance and information systems. He first got involved with BIG as a student consultant in the winter quarter of his sophomore year. He found BIG to be such a valuable experience, that he came back in the spring quarter as a project manager. His passion for consulting roots from the fast paced learning environment and building strong client relationships. He hopes to pursue a consulting career in the Seattle area after graduation.
Selma is a senior at the University of Washington studying Economics. She has been involved in BIG Consulting since a sophomore and is now the Director of Internal Relations. This past summer, she worked at Bloomberg as a Financial Products Analytics & Sales Intern.
Shafa is a senior in the Foster School of Business studying finance. Last summer she served as a purchasing analyst intern at PACCAR in Bellevue, WA. Shafa has been involved with BIG since her junior year and her favorite part about the program is working with local small business owners. She finds the program very rewarding and believes it is a perfect opportunity for students to give back to the community while applying the skills they have accumulated in the classroom.
Jake is a senior in the Foster School of Business majoring in Finance. This is his second year being involved with BIG and believes that the program equips students with analytical tools to be successful in a variety of disciplines. Over the summer, Jake interned at HomeStreet Bank in Seattle as a Financial Analyst. He plans to pursue a full-time career in corporate finance or management consulting.
Kyle is a junior in the Foster School of Business majoring in Finance and Marketing. This past summer Kyle worked as a sales and strategy intern at a Silicon Valley, Internet of Things tech startup. Kyle has been involved with BIG since his sophomore year where he found his passion for management consulting. He claims that joining BIG was the single most impactful decision he has made since coming to college, and plans to pursue a career in management consulting after graduation.
Morgan will graduate in March 2017 with a B.B.A. in IS and OSCM. He is focused on developing his skill sets in data visualization, financial data analysis and project management. He has thrived in his project management coursework and looks forward to applying his real life experiences on complex projects. During his free time, he enjoys volunteering with a local non-profit, helping build an online platform to capture urban honey market share. He also enjoys building on his six month working experience in China through the Certificate in International Business program. His main responsibility with the Business Impact Group is to develop project managers and assist them in managing successful client engagements. He is very excited to implement his ideas, and help grow the BIG program.
